Payments
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Venmo. We also accept Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Relevé Aesthetics utilizes advanced encryption to secure your credit card information. Pages requesting personal and credit card details are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which prevents unauthorized access and ensures that valuable information remains unreadable, if someone would attempt to intercept it. This digital certificate encrypts credit card numbers, which keeps your information safe and verifies that we are and will continue to be a secure and authorized site.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping in the U.S. on all orders $75 and up. For all orders under $75, there is a flat-rate shipping cost of $7. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and usually delivered within 2-7 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment. Contact carrier for lost packages. Yes! We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders $75 and up. We also offer a "Free Shipping" reward that can be redeemed for points in our Relevé Rewards Program.
Shipping is relatively fast. Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1-2 business days and usually delivered within 2-7 business days. Actual delivery time depends on distance and may vary.
If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package, please:
- Contact the carrier directly who can assist futher.
- Check with other staff, if a business location.
- Check with neighbors and family members.
- Look around the delivery location.
- Check for notice of attempted delivery.
NOTE: Lost, missing, wrong or damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, in order to determine proper resolution.
Please contact us immediately, so we can help you. Also, please do not throw away any boxes, packaging, or bottles as pictures are often required for resolution.

Returns
Although we hope you love your product, our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your item. Contact us at returns@releveaesthetics.com to start the process. Please note that returned items must be at least 60% full, and makeup must be unopened and unused. Please reach out if you have any questions about returns or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Click here for full return policy.
We do not accept returns on opened or used makeup, gift cards, sample kits, gifts received with purchase, sample gifts, and gifts redeemed with rewards points as these items are final sale.
We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. To ensure accuracy, please double-check all orders before completing the check out process. Additionally, due to fast shipping times, we cannot guarantee that separate orders can be combined into a single shipment.
If you catch us in time before your order ships, we can cancel your order and refund the card used for payment. However, because of fast shipping times, you will have to go through our returns process if you contact us to cancel after your order has shipped.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We sure do! You can find more info about our Relevé Aesthetics Rewards Loyalty Program aka Relevé Rewards by clicking "Rewards" at the top of the screen (dropdown menu if on your mobile). You can also find it by clicking on the "gift" icon at the bottom left portion of the screen. It's free to join and you earn points immediately just for signing up. Click here for a short cut.
It's free and easy to sign up!
Simply click on the "Rewards" tab at the top of your screen (drop-down menu on mobile) and click "Join" at the top of the page. You will then be directed to the customer log in page. Create an account and you are good to go!

Because we sell professional skincare brands, some of the lines we offer prefer to have their prices veiled online for various reasons.
You can view the prices of these products by creating a customer account and then logging in. **BONUS: You will automatically be included in our Rewards Loyalty Program when you do!**
Because we sell professional skincare products, many of the brands we use do not want their products discounted online, respectfully.
However, we have a wonderful Rewards Program where you can redeem points you earn when you shop for various gifts like award-winning skincare the Pros use and love! We will also sometimes offer a free gift with purchase.
Additionally, we recommend you subscribe to our email list to "stay in the know," and so that we can send you a "10% off your first order" special discount for signing up.
