Returns at a Glance

We hope you love your skincare, but if you change your mind, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return.

Please note: Returned products that are unopened and unused may be eligible for an exchange or full refund, excluding any shipping costs. Returned products that have been opened/used may be eligible for partial store credit, if item is 60% full or more upon inspection. 

Devices: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only exchange/replace devices if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please reach out to us via the email below. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that, unless otherwise directed, returns will need to be sent to the following address:

IMPORTANT: We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please pack your return well, as products damaged during transit due to poor packaging will not be accepted.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on next steps or how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Policy

Relevé Aesthetics' offers a wide variety of skincare products, devices and tools that are suited for each skin type and condition. If a client or customer is not satisfied with a product purchased from Relevé Aesthetics, it may be returnable for a refund or store credit. **Please note: We do not accept returns on opened or used makeup, clearance/sale items, gift cards, sample kits, gifts received with purchase, sample gifts, and gifts purchased with rewards points as these items are final sale.**

Please keep the following in mind when returning a product:

  • Relevé Aesthetics must be advised of dissatisfaction with a product within 30 days of original purchase.
  • The actual product or device must be returned to Relevé Aesthetics' office within 2 months of the dissatisfaction, unopened and unused, to be eligible for an exchange or refund.
  • Returned products must be at least 60% full to be eligible for partial store credit.
  • Devices must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. Devices are not eligible for store credit. 
  • Shipping costs are not eligible for refund or store credit. 
  • The customer will be responsible for postage or delivery charges of the returned product. If making an exchange, Relevé Aesthetics will deliver the new, exchanged product free of delivery charges.

Refunds 
If you are returning a product eligible for a refund, we will notify you after we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@releveaesthetics.com.
