Relevé Aesthetics will choose the most economical and efficient shipping method between UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Orders will only be shipped to addresses in the United States and may arrive in more than one package.
Standard Delivery
Relevé Aesthetics offers FREE standard shipping on all orders of $75+. For orders totaling less than $75, there is a flat-rate shipping cost of $7.00.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are generally processed for shipment in 1 to 2 business days (M-F) and usually delivered within 2 – 7 business days, excluding major holidays. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.
Lost or Missing Orders
If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package, please:
- Contact the carrier directly who can assist further.
- Check with other staff, if a business location.
- Check with neighbors and family members.
- Look around the delivery location.
- Check for notice of attempted delivery.
NOTE: Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, in order to determine proper resolution.
